Acerca de mí
Hello and welcome to my Web page. I hope to get to know you well and take care of your family's health care needs—whether it's your kids, your parents and relatives, or yourself. Thank you for entrusting me with your health care.
I grew up in the Philippines. I began my studies in the University of Santo Tomas in the City of Manila, where I earned my bachelor's degree in biochemistry. I received my medical degree from University of the City of Manila College of Medicine. I received my board certification, and then became a diplomate and a fellow in obstetrics and gynecology. I went into private practice for ten years before moving to the United States, where I found myself shifting my focus to family medicine. I completed my internship at Loma Linda University Medical Center and finished my residency in the Hanford Family Medicine Residency Program with Adventist Health. Later, I spent three years at San Ysidro Health Center, where I practiced full spectrum family medicine. I joined Kaiser Permanente in 2014.
Acerca de mi práctica médica
I treat my members as my extended family and I value the relationships I build with them. I advocate for whole-person care—taking all aspects of a person’s health into consideration. I try to go beyond the diagnosis because I believe in treating the person and not just the disease. My excellent clinical staff and I work as a team and provide you with the best care we can.
Cómo vivo bien
Balance is important to me. I don’t compromise when taking care of my members and I treat myself the same way. To stay fit, I love to play tennis, go biking, and spend time with my wonderful husband. We try to watch what we eat. We occasionally eat meat, but our diet consists mostly of fruits, fish, and vegetables. Spending time in my garden and appreciating the beauty of nature is a great way for me to relieves stress.
