Your employer is no longer offering Medicare health plan coverage. Here’s the good news:

Kaiser Permanente is still here for you. You and your Medicare-eligible-dependents can enroll in a Kaiser Permanente Medicare health plan for individuals.

Ready to enroll?

If you’re ready to enroll in a 2026 Kaiser Permanente Medicare health plan for individuals, you can enroll online or download and print our paper enrollment form.

Your employer is no longer offering Medicare health plan coverage. Due to loss of coverage, you have a special enrollment period to enroll in a Medicare health plan. If you miss this special enrollment period, you can enroll during the Annual Enrollment Period. Some online services are not available in all areas.

You must reside in the Kaiser Permanente Medicare health plan service area in which you enroll.

In California, Hawaii, and Washington, Kaiser Permanente is an HMO plan with a Medicare contract. In Colorado, Kaiser Permanente is an HMO, HMO-POS and PPO plan with Medicare contracts. In Oregon, Southwest Washington, Georgia, Maryland, Virginia and the District of Columbia, Kaiser Permanente is an HMO and HMO-POS plan with a Medicare contract. Enrollment in Kaiser Permanente depends on contract renewal.
