Acerca de mí
Thank you for visiting my Web page. I’m a family medicine physician and my door is always open to children under age ten and to prenatal women. Family medicine is comprehensive medical care for all generations. I look forward to caring for you and your family.
I was born and raised in India. My family moved to the United States during my high school years, and I did some of my initial training in California. I graduated with a biochemistry degree from Azusa Pacific University, and then proceeded to complete my masters of public health at Loma Linda University. I also did some of my medical training in Israel. I did my residency in family medicine at the University of Rochester in New York—continuing on to complete a fellowship there. I was eager to return to California, and found Kaiser Permanente to be the perfect environment for me. I live with my wife and family in the North County.
Acerca de mi práctica médica
I am board-certified in family medicine, and see members of all ages. My practice allows me to do some minor surgery, psychiatry, and obstetrics care. I enjoy seeing the entire family, including children. I chose family medicine because it allows me to build long-term relationships with people and their families. I value my role in educating members to make the best decisions for their health. I agree with safe, alternative medicine and believe that a holistic approach to the body results in long-term benefits. I also believe in sound preventive medicine. My practice includes a strong team of staff, nurses, faculty, and residents.
Cómo vivo bien
I enjoy the wonderful sunshine and ethnic diversity that San Diego offers. My wife and I love to experience various global cuisines and cultural activities. We also take every opportunity to travel and see different parts of the world. Our families are in India and we visit there often. We enjoy the fellowship of our friends over the weekends. I enjoy taking photographs to document the best of life. As my father always said, “Live it up!”
