Acerca de mí
I would like to take the opportunity to give you a bit of my background as a physician within the Urgent Care Department at Kaiser Permanente’s Los Angeles Medical Center.
I was born and raised in Southern California but did not move to Los Angeles until beginning medical school at USC’s Keck School of Medicine. I continued my residency in family medicine at Kaiser Permanente’s Los Angeles Medical Center, where I now have the pleasure to work as a full-time physician within the Urgent Care Department. I also enjoy being active within health policy through the California Academy of Family Physicians and through the California Medical Association. Through this work, I advocate on behalf of members to improve access to care and to improve the quality of care provided within our state.
Acerca de mi práctica médica
Through working in urgent care, I enjoy having the opportunity not only to care for acute illness and injury but also to practice preventive care to keep members healthy in the long term. I aim to not just tell you a diagnosis and give a treatment but to also educate you so you better understand what is going on and how you can manage your symptoms and prevent them in the future.
Cómo vivo bien
Having work-life balance is important to keep us fulfilled and energized. First and foremost, I enjoy spending time with my friends and family. I also enjoy various physical activities such as aerial circus arts, hiking, and cycling. When not working, I love the variety of activities that living in Los Angeles provides, and I try to take advantage of exploring my city whenever possible. Whether it be checking out the amazing food, hiking in the coastal and mountain areas surrounding LA, doing community service projects, or checking out the various festivals and cultural events, I find myself amazed at the endless amenities and opportunities at Angelenos’ fingertips.
