Hello, and welcome to my Web page. I'm glad to be able to offer this opportunity for you to get to know a bit about me before meeting me in person. I look forward to the chance of getting to know you as well, and doing my best to provide you with the high-quality health care that you deserve.
I’m from a town in Indiana just across the state lines from Chicago, where most of my family still lives. I moved to California after I got married because I love the warm, sunny weather, and my wife wanted to be closer to her family. I first became interested in becoming a physician when I was a young boy—I was fascinated by the internal organs of my father’s anatomy models. I wanted to know how I could use this knowledge to help those who were sick. This certainly paid off—several years ago, my father had a heart attack while I was visiting. I performed CPR and saved his life.
I’m an osteopathic physician—a fully licensed physician who has skills in spinal manipulation as well. I specialize in internal medicine as a hospitalist, which means I primarily see members who have been hospitalized. Prior to becoming a hospitalist, I practiced as a blended clinician and hospitalist for nine years in the Fontana area. I strongly believe in promoting good health through regular exercise, even if you’re advanced in years.
I stay healthy by training for triathlons, playing with my kids as much as I can, laughing with my wife and friends, or sometimes by just relaxing and reading a book.
