Acerca de mí
Hello. Thanks for checking out my Web page, and taking some time to learn more about my practice. I believe that treating the whole patient goes a long way to help improve a patient's overall health. I look forward to becoming a partner with you to care for your health.
I grew up on the East Coast (Pennsylvania and New Jersey). I attended the University of Michigan for undergraduate studies, and returned to New Jersey to get my MBA/MPH in health care organization and administration. I went on to earn my medical degree at New Jersey Medical School (now known as Rutgers New Jersey Medical School). After spending most of my life on the East Coast and in the Midwest, I decided it was time for a change. I moved to Los Angeles, where I did my urology residency training at the University of Southern California. I completed a fellowship in minimally invasive urology, focusing on urinary tract stones and some laparoscopy and robotics, and became board certified in 2013.
Acerca de mi práctica médica
I found my dream job here at Kaiser Permanente Los Angeles Medical Center, where I can focus my practice, as well as educate and train future urologists. My practice is focused mainly on urinary tract stone disease diagnosis, treatment, and prevention. In addition to stones, I also treat a variety of general urologic diseases, including enlarged prostate, also known as benign prostatic hyperplasia, or BPH. I also diagnose and care for patients with urologic cancers such as bladder and prostate.
Cómo vivo bien
I try to lead an active a lifestyle. I grew up playing just about every sport, and still try to participate when I can. I spend much of my free time playing with my two daughters: going to the beach, pool, parks, etc. When I have some down time, I love to kick back, relax, watch TV or movies, or read. I am a huge sports and pop culture buff, and avid Michigan and Philly sports fan.
