Se aceptan pacientes nuevos.
In order for you to get to know me better, it is my pleasure to share some information about myself and my practice. I believe in a physician-patient relationship based on confidentiality, mutual trust, understanding, and respect.
I grew up in Los Angeles and attended UC Berkeley for my undergraduate studies. During my sophomore year in college, I decided to pursue medicine, so I began to volunteer at the nearby Kaiser Permanente facility in Oakland. During the summer, I volunteered in the Emergency Department at Kaiser Permanente in West Los Angeles. My family and I have been longtime Kaiser Permanente members as well. When it came time to select a residency program after medical school, it seemed fitting that I begin my training at Kaiser Permanente’s Los Angeles Medical Center. My desire to help people, especially in the underserved population, has led me to practice medicine at the brand new Kaiser Permanente facility in Mission Hills.
Medicine has been said to be both an art and a science. In my opinion, the science part of it is comparable among all doctors, but the art portion is what sets physicians apart from one another. I take pride in my ability to listen to and care for my patients, with an eye toward maintaining mutual understanding and respect. Together, the patient and I come up with a treatment plan that is effective and efficient.
I firmly believe that in order for me to carry out my duties effectively, it is imperative that I maintain my mental and physical health. I am an avid Los Angeles Lakers fan and try to attend as many games as I can during the regular season. I recharge my batteries by traveling abroad, watching a good foreign film, spending time with family, or sleeping.
