Acerca de mí
Hello, and welcome to the Web page of Gregory S. Lang, MD, Department of Urology, Fontana and Ontario Medical Centers.
I am a Southern California native, born and raised in Glendale, California. I was inspired toward a career in medicine by my father, my grandmother, and several others in my family who served their communities as caring, committed physicians who enjoyed contributing to the well-being of their patients while connecting to them and their families.
Acerca de mi práctica médica
I am a general urologist with more than 20 years of experience as a private practice urologist. During my training and years of practice, I have seen many people suffer from diseases related to diet and lifestyle choices. Because of this, I am committed to treating urologic disease while helping members take charge of their own health through intentionally healthy life and dietary choices. I am excited and privileged to be part of an excellent group of 16 well-trained, friendly, team-oriented urologists serving members in the Ontario/Fontana area.
Cómo vivo bien
I do not ask members to do anything I don't do in my own life. I choose a balanced approach of regular exercise, regular rest, and a diet emphasizing whole, unprocessed, plant-based food that includes a variety of vegetables, fruit, and whole grains. I participate regularly in triathlons and cycling events, and I enjoy hiking, skiing, tennis, and golf. In addition, I play piano to relax and participate in vocal musical groups. I believe in the vital importance of community, and of contributing to children and youth, having functioned as a mentor and sports coach to children and youth through community and church groups. Most importantly, I spend time with my beautiful wife, 2 amazing daughters, and my extended family who help me relax and laugh. I look forward to meeting you in our clinics and hospitals, to hear your stories, and to partner with you to maintain or improve your health.
