Hello, and welcome to my Web page. Since you took the time to search for me, allow me to tell you a little about myself.
I grew up in Beverly Hills, California. I completed my undergraduate work at UCLA. Curious about the properties of snow, I then moved to New York to attend New York Medical College. After a few years, the nice weather and beaches of Los Angeles summoned me to the Keck School of Medicine of USC for my residency in internal medicine. During this time I met my wife, who moved from San Diego to Los Angeles, and I pursued a fellowship in Pulmonary and Critical Care at a combined program between Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, Kaiser Permanente Los Angeles Medical Center, VA Greater Los Angeles Healthcare System, and Olive View-UCLA Medical Center. I moved on to complete another fellowship in Sleep Medicine at the VA Greater Los Angeles Healthcare System. I rejoined Kaiser Permanente in July 2014 to become part of the pulmonary and critical care team and director of sleep medicine, and am proud to be part of the Kaiser Permanente family!
I strive to take care of the whole patient, and provide service to the many diverse individuals we care for. I welcome all your questions and concerns, and seek to provide complete care for patients. Quality service, reliability, and compassion are our top priorities in this division. We will work tirelessly to provide all of these for you and your loved ones.
Balancing work and family life can be challenging, but this is definitely something other Kaiser Permanente physicians and I share in common. I thrive by going to the gym, jogging with my dog Teddy, biking, playing drums, and going to movies. It's refreshing to be in a place with so many happy people.
