Acerca de mí
Welcome to my Web page. I'm pleased to have this opportunity to introduce myself to you and inform you about my practice. I'm a family physician and I have been very fortunate to work at Kaiser Permanente because of my wonderful colleagues and patients, who I look forward to seeing everyday. I'm looking forward to working with you to care for and maintain your health.
I was born in a small, poor area of Cairo, Egypt. I dreamt all my life of becoming a physician to help all the people around me regardless of their age or finances to the best of my ability. I did work in a very poor, small town south of Cairo where I was the only physician responsible for caring for about 200,000 people of different ages as a general practitioner. I feel fortunate now to be a family physician which I enjoy every day of my life.
Acerca de mi práctica médica
Medicine as a career is a very special opportunity to connect and help people in a meaningful way, utilizing medical skills and knowledge, but also listening and responding to what patients need. Being a doctor allows people to share with me their fears, and hopes; it is a privilege to help members understand what concerns them, translate what they may not grasp, facilitate getting them the appropriate evaluations, and communicate with them and their families. I feel very honored that members have entrusted me with their care and strive to treat them as I would my own family.
Cómo vivo bien
My family life is my major priority. I enjoy spending my evenings at home with my wife and four children. I referee for my sons' little league basketball games, and my boys and I can often be found at a nearby park playing basketball or soccer. I make it a priority to spend any spare time with my family but also make time to relax solitarily. My wife, three sons, daughter and I enjoy summer camping trips to Lake Tahoe, and quiet family time at home.
