Kaiser Permanente's new Premium Payment Portal

Kaiser Permanente has a new online premium payment experience. You can use it to see your bill, check your balance and due date, make payments, manage payment methods, set up or update Autopay, and view available payment history.

Payment options and autopay 

Most members do not need to do anything different. If you have a kp.org account, use your current sign-in information. If you do not have a kp.org account, please create one so you are ready to pay online.

If you have a kp.org account, sign in with your kp.org username and password. If you do not have a kp.org account, please create one. Then go to kp.org/payonline. There, you can view your bill, make a payment, manage payment methods, or set up Autopay.

You can also use Guest Pay for a one-time payment without signing in, but it does not show payment history or other premium account details.

Yes. You can set up Autopay after you sign in to your kp.org account. Guest Pay does not support automatic payments.

Yes. Sign in to kp.org to manage your payment method and Autopay settings.

If you are already enrolled in Autopay, your automatic payments will continue. You do not need to take action because of this change. You can view and manage your Autopay settings at kp.org/payonline.

Your saved payment information will move to the new payment experience. After you sign in at kp.org/payonline, you can review and manage your payment methods.

You can pay with a checking account, savings account, credit card, debit card, or direct payment from your bank. When you sign in, you will see the payment methods available for your account.

Yes. You will see a confirmation on the screen after you submit your payment. An email confirmation may also be available.

If something goes wrong

Use the username or password recovery option on kp.org. If you still need help, contact Member Services.

Make sure you are using the correct kp.org username and password. If you still cannot access the payment experience, contact Member Services.

Call Member Services using the number on your ID card or billing statement.
