Where to get care
Kaiser Permanente's administrative offices and most medical facilities will be closed in observance of the following upcoming holidays. Our Urgent Care Centers, listed below, will be open during the following dates and times:
- Memorial Day: Monday, May 25, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
- Independence Day: Friday, July 3, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
- Labor Day: Monday, September 7, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
- Thanksgiving Day: Thursday, November 26, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
- Christmas Day: Friday, December 25, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
- New Year's Day: Friday, January 1, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
If you have an urgent medical need and need care during this time you have access to the facilities listed below for care:
24/7 Advanced Care Center at Southwood Comprehensive Medical Center
Hours: 24 hours a day, 7 days a week

Urgent Care Center at Gwinnett Comprehensive Medical Center
Hours: Monday through Friday, noon to 10 p.m.; Saturday and Sunday, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.

24/7 Advanced Care Center at TownPark Comprehensive Medical Center
Hours: 24 hours a day, 7 days a week

All of these facilities are also open for routine medical care Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 6 p.m.
