About Me
Welcome to my Web page. I joined Kaiser Permanente in 2010, serving the Fontana and Ontario service.
Biography
I was born in Vietnam but grew up in Los Angeles. After traveling to the Caribbean and New York for medical school, and New Jersey for my residency, I found my way back to Southern California.
About my practice
I practice both inpatient and outpatient palliative medicine, which means I see members with serious illnesses and focus on treating symptoms and health care planning. My practice is incredibly challenging yet, at the same time, very rewarding. I have the privilege of forming lasting bonds with members and their families in a way no other specialty does.
How I thrive
I’m a strong believer in life-work balance. With the birth of my son, my hobbies have changed dramatically. Instead of SCUBA diving in the Caribbean, my new idea of fun and relaxation is simply to spend time with my wife and son in the park.
