About Me

Welcome to my Web page! My name is Earl Canson. I am a family physician in the Urgent Care Department at the Kaiser Permanente Stockdale Medical Offices. I am married with two children.

Biography

I'm originally from Arizona, and moved to Bakersfield when I was 13. I earned a Bachelor of Science degree in biochemistry from Oakwood University, and a Master of Public Health degree from Loma Linda University. I was inspired to become a physician while studying health education at LLU. An important factor in having a fulfilling life is health, and I truly enjoy being able to help others along their journey to healthfulness.

About my practice

As a family physician, I believe that a healthy lifestyle and regular screenings is an important factor in preventing disease. I also understand that despite your best efforts, you may get sick or hurt. You will find me in the Urgent Care Department, where I am happy to take care of any non-emergency medical needs you may have.

How I thrive

I love spending time with my family and close friends. I enjoy listening to music and singing when I can. I thrive by fostering the relationships with those that I cherish, eating a healthy diet, and staying connected to God and my spiritual community.
