About Me

Welcome to my Web page. I'm happy to have this chance to introduce myself to you and to tell you about my practice. I feel very fortunate to work at Kaiser Permanente because of my wonderful colleagues and patients, and look forward to working with you to care for your health.

Biography

I was born in Taiwan, but moved to the United States because my family believed in providing me with a better education. As a young child, I wanted to teach kindergarten. While this goal has changed, my desire to work with children has not. Having two kids of my own has reinforced my interest in working with kids of all ages. It has been a joyful, but also humbling experience. My family is my life. I believe that this understanding about family makes me the physician that I am today.

About my practice

Our team of pediatricians and nurses here at the Kaiser Permanente San Dimas Medical Offices share the same work philosophy. We believe that healthy living and preventive care are the best ways to stay healthy. As this could mean a number of things to different patients, we strive to tailor care to you as an individual and to your family. Our family here at Kaiser Permanente San Dimas welcomes you, and we hope to provide you care that suits your needs.

How I thrive

I believe in balance, but find that hard to achieve with a full-time job, two kids, a husband, and extended family and their needs. I believe in Kaiser Permanente's philosophy of staying well in mind, body, and spirit. These are still goals of mine that I have not yet fully achieved, but I try a little every day, and that gives me hope. And whenever I need an extra boost, I sneak in a good book and a caramel macchiato!
