About Me

Greetings, and welcome to my Web page. I have been in practice for 22 years, 21 of them at the Kaiser Permanente Bellflower Ophthalmology Clinic.

Biography

I am originally from Northern California. I relocated for medical school and made Southern California my permanent home. I have two children, and I enjoy spending family time outdoors with them. I went into medicine, particularly ophthalmology, because I like helping people and like the member relationships that I have built with families -- sometimes three generations of the same family.

About my practice

I am a general ophthalmologist. Member care and member satisfaction is a number one priority for me.

How I thrive

I enjoy working out at the gym and, when time permits, taking walks or hiking with my family. I thrive by eating healthy (yes the broccoli, too!), working out, and keeping my mind healthy by reading about other things besides medicine. I don't watch much TV except for sports. I would prefer to have quiet time and read a good book.
