About Me
I am a native from Colorado and went to school here for education and career training. I have a dog, named Putter. He is my buddy. I chose medicine because I wanted to help people. I am most proud of receiving an award one year for best nurse practitioner, but mostly I am most proud, when I had a member say, “you saved my life.”
About my practice
I chose family practice so that I could see members of all age groups. I currently specialize in lipids and diabetes. I work with my patients to make treatment plans that meet their needs and lifestyles. Electronic medical records help me to see the big picture of a patient's health, so I can make good use of our time together and answer my patient's questions. I work with a great team that supports each other and we strive each day with goals to help members with their diabetes.
How I thrive
I thrive because I have such a great family and partners to work with. I have been with Kaiser Permanente for 35 years. I love to be outside. I especially enjoy playing Pickleball.
