About Me
Welcome! I’m happy that you’ve taken a moment to visit my Web page. It’s important to feel comfortable with your physician, and I hope this helps you get to know me. I’ve been working for Kaiser Permanente since 2007. I’m currently located in the Rancho Cucamonga Medical Offices, and have worked here since 2010.
Biography
From a very young age, I had the desire to become a physician. I was raised in Alta Loma as a Kaiser Permanente member, and grew to love the Kaiser Permanente philosophy. I did my schooling in Southern California and have stayed local all of my life. I completed my undergraduate training at UC Riverside. I then went to medical school at Western University of Health Sciences in Pomona. My family medicine residency training was done at Kaiser Permanente Fontana Medical Center. I married my high school sweetheart in 2006. We’ve started our family together and have two daughters.
About my practice
There are many things that are important to me in helping to keep my members healthy and happy. One of the most important aspects of my practice is member education. I believe the member's knowledge of their body and illness is the key to wellness. Also, preventive medicine and having regular screenings are important. By taking measures to prevent disease, we strive to keep members as healthy as we can. My nursing staff and I pride ourselves in providing you, the member, with the care you deserve.
How I thrive
Balancing my work and personal life is very important to my overall well-being. I stay healthy by surrounding myself with my family and enjoying loud, Italian dinners. I enjoy the outdoors with my husband and our two daughters, and we visit parks frequently. I also take pleasure in regular stress-relieving walks with my best friend and family.
