About Me

Welcome to my Web page. I am a pulmonary, critical care, and sleep medicine physician working primarily at the Kaiser Permanente San Marcos Medical Offices.

Biography

I am originally from Northern California, although I have spent the last 15 years here in San Diego. I completed all my education at UC San Diego, with one year spent doing extra sleep medicine training at Stanford University.

About my practice

I have specific interests in caring for patients with lung diseases. I also spend a significant amount of time helping patients with sleep problems, including obstructive sleep apnea and insomnia. When not in the clinic, I work as a critical care physician at the Kaiser Permanente Palomar Medical Center caring for patients.

How I thrive

My wife and I live in a crowded house with three young boys, three dogs, and four cats. My wife is a Kaiser Permanente physician as well, and we make a strong effort to keep a good balance between our work and home lives. We enjoy traveling and experiencing new restaurants when not busy with diapers or animals.
