About Me
I was raised in a family that valued education, ethics, and hard work. As my father was deeply fascinated with languages and world cultures, he granted me and my brother the unique and rare opportunity to travel, live, and study in different parts of the globe, including Iran, France, Belgium, and Spain. This afforded me not only the chance to become multilingual but also to evolve into a more well-rounded, attentive, and empathetic person.
Biography
I was born in Iran and was fortunate enough to study in many countries while growing up. After obtaining a bachelor's degree, and in the midst of a master’s degree program unrelated to health care, I began working for a local optometrist. Day after day, it became more and more apparent that my future was to thrive professionally as an optometrist, and my goal would be to attempt to satisfy my future patients to the best of my ability. My family, especially my one and only daughter, is what gives me the energy to grow as a person and professionally.
About my practice
Deep respect, patience, and empathy for each member is how I conduct my optometric practice. My one-on-one interaction with members, the unique bond I form with each and every one, and the ability to solve their visual/ocular problems is what fuels my desire to practice optometry year after year.
How I thrive
My family, reading, classical music, nature, and most recently practicing meditation and chi gong bring me inner peace and vitality. My involvement in and support of cancer-fighting charities as well as eye clinics around the globe is my way of contributing to my community and giving back to the world.
