About Me

Welcome to my Web page. This is a great opportunity for me to introduce my practice as a cardiologist to all of you who visit this page.

Biography

I spent my formative years in Hong Kong and was influenced by the British educational system. I immigrated to the United States during my high school years. I was fortunate to possess an interest in medicine early in my life and I was drawn into the field of cardiology when I discovered that I could apply a great deal of my knowledge in the engineering sciences in this area of practice.

About my practice

I practice both invasive and noninvasive cardiology. I have a special interest in heart failure disease management and I also implant and follow-up pacemaker devices. I am fortunate to be working with a group of energetic colleagues in all areas of practice in the organization. I especially enjoy working with the young, motivated group of providers in the Baldwin Park Medical Center.

How I thrive

I am a strong believer of the saying "All work and no play makes Jack a dull boy." While I work hard and am committed to my profession, I have enough time off to pursue personal interests and activities. A well-balanced work and home life is very much valued by myself and by Kaiser Permanente as a whole, so that we can thrive together with our patients.
