About Me

I am a native of Atlanta and consider it a privilege and a pleasure to be caring for women of all ages across the Atlanta area. I attended the University of Georgia (Go Dawgs!) and completed my undergraduate nursing training at Kennesaw State University. I then worked as a labor and delivery nurse before deciding to complete my master's degree as part of Emory University's Women's Health Nurse Practitioner program. Growing up in a family full of women's health care providers, I knew at a young age that I wanted to practice in this field, and I would not trade it for any job in the world.

In my free time, my husband and I love to travel, enjoy live music and sports, explore the vast restaurant scene that Atlanta has to offer, and spend time with our families. I love to meet new people and have found that being a clinician allows me to get to know such an enjoyable community of women.

About my practice

The Kaiser Permanente Ob/Gyn Department is committed to providing personalized, top-quality medical care for women of all ages and walks of life. Personally, I strive to orient my practice around educating and empowering women to help them in making some of the most important decisions about their personal health care. I am proud to be one part of such a great group of physicians, midwives and nurse practitioners.

How I thrive

"Celebrate we will, 'cause life is short but sweet for certain."- Dave Matthews Band

I thrive by surrounding myself with the people most important to me, my family and friends, and by taking small moments out of the day to laugh, relax, and have fun. I hope to make the time that my patients take out of their day to come and see me a little bit fun and enjoyable as well.
