About Me

Hello, and welcome to my Web page. I am a family medicine physician with Kaiser Permanente. I hope this page helps you get to know me a little better. I look forward to getting to know you better. I enjoy clinic visits with my members. I am also very good about responding to your needs by email through Kaiser Permanente.org.

Biography

I was born in Utah but somehow convinced my parents to move back to Southern California when I was 7 months old! I actually grew up a Kaiser Permanente member in the Bellflower area. Loving the area and having so many family members close by, I chose to stick around, completing my undergraduate studies at Cal State Fullerton, and then attending UCLA for medical school. My family medicine residency training was done right here with Kaiser Permanente in Orange County.

About my practice

Working full-time in the Family Medicine Department allows me to get to know you well and to be here for you when you are in need. That need might be urgent or it might be a follow-up for your long-term health. Regardless, I will enjoy getting to know you and working with you through many of the challenges and triumphs you will experience in your life.

How I thrive

I thrive by trying to maintain a good life balance. My wife and five children keep me active when I get home from work every day. I try to exercise regularly, whether that is by doing push-ups and pull-ups at home, running around the neighborhood, playing basketball with friends from church, or simply wrestling with my kids. My wife bakes great cookies, so I need all the exercise I can get!
