About Me
Hi, and thank you for visiting my Web page. I am Dr. Reza Taher. I specialize in physical medicine and rehabilitation and earned this degree from the University of Kansas, with a subspecialty in interventional spine and musculoskeletal medicine from the University of Pennsylvania.
Biography
I spent most of my life in Southern California (Sherman Oaks). I decided to go to medical school because I have a passion for the field and want to help people in need. At the end of the day, when I finish work and walk out of my office toward the parking lot, it brings a smile to my face knowing I helped someone at work and educated members regarding healthier lifestyles and their well-being. I have a degree in history and continue to read history books. I also stay active by running, hiking, and lifting.
About my practice
Our philosophy at our department is to give our members high-quality care based on evidence and current research. I always say it is important as a physician to have the 3 As in your character: ability, availability, and affability. That's how I practice medicine.
How I thrive
One of the most important ways to stay healthy is to be happy. Surrounding myself with good friends and family is key. In my opinion, life balance is very important. This includes working hard and staying well. I remain healthy by incorporating a good diet and exercise program in my life. This is something I relay to members.
