About Me
Welcome to my Web page, and thanks for allowing me to introduce myself. I am proud to work at Kaiser Permanente and feel privileged to be part of such a wonderful organization. I look forward to meeting you and your children.
Biography
I am a native of Southern California, born in Canoga Park and raised in Huntington Beach. Since I can remember, I have wanted to care for children. I find enjoyment in the smiles and laughter that fill a child’s heart. I graduated with a degree in biology from the University of California before attending medical school in Chicago. I completed my residency at the Children’s Hospital of Orange County before working in the emergency room at Seattle Children’s Hospital. I subsequently joined the academic faculty at the John A. Burns School of Medicine in Honolulu, Hawaii, as a community pediatrician and as a hospitalist who cared for newborns who were hospitalized. While I loved living in Hawaii, Southern California will always be my home.
About my practice
I work at the Harbor–MacArthur Medical Offices with four other wonderful pediatricians. The staff is phenomenal. As a team, we strive to provide you and your children with nurturing, informative, and compassionate care. I believe in preventive care and education and hope that we can work together to provide your children a healthy future.
How I thrive
I believe that it is important to find a balance between work and life. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my husband, daughter, son, parents, and our dog. We love spending time together, eating great food, and traveling.
