Welcome to my Web page. I am glad to have this opportunity to introduce myself to you and tell you about my practice. I enjoy working at Kaiser Permanente because of my wonderful colleagues and patients, and I look forward to working with you to care for your health.
I was born and raised in Cincinnati, Ohio. I went to college at the California Institute of Technology in Pasadena, California, and then I returned to Ohio for medical school and residency. After completing residency, I felt that it was time to return to beautiful, sunny Southern California, and I have been with the Kaiser Permanente since 2005.
Medicine as a career is a very special opportunity to connect with and help people in a meaningful way. Being diagnosed with cancer is a very stressful and life-altering event. My goal is to ease your fears and to assist you through this stressful time. I feel very honored that patients have entrusted me with their care, and I strive to treat you as I would my own family.
I firmly believe in Kaiser Permanente's philosophy of health in body, mind, and spirit, and try to live it in my life every day. I am an avid cyclist and a runner. I also enjoy traveling and exploring other cultures.
