About Me

I made Colorado my home 10 years ago after growing up in Northern California and after traveling the world. I have been working in the mental health field for 16 years and love what I do. I wanted to help individuals find peace, healing, renewal in life and solutions to their struggles. I love what I do as it helps me make a positive impact in an individual who has the ability to make a positive impact in the community.

About my practice

Populations: Adult, Group. Specialties: Anxiety, Bipolar, Depression, Grief and Loss, Mood Disorders, PTSD, Schizophrenia, and Trauma. Interventions: CBT and EMDR. My philosophy on life is that we all have struggles and we all need at one point or another some additional help to manage these. The more support, the better in my opinion. My experience in dealing with my own struggles led me to want to help others with theirs, and I feel honored to work with individuals on a daily basis to help them manage and overcome their struggle.

How I thrive

When I thrive, I am engaged in my community. I love the outdoors, and my wife and I love taking our 4-year-old camping, hiking, and skiing. International travel adventure feeds my soul, so I try to do this as much as possible. My local faith community is important, so I can connect to fellow believers. I actively engage in community service, so that I can give back, in addition to show my daughter what it means to serve others. I am a man of integrity and I meet my patients where they are at. I always attempt to provide the best care possible using my God given abilities, education, and skills that I have learned along the way in this adventure called life.
