About Me

As a Colorado native, I am driven by values of health and wellness. I have a strong interest in the intersection of psychological and physical health concerns, with a focus on human development. I attended CU Boulder for undergraduate with a major in psychology and a minor in dance. I earned a Doctorate in Psychology from the University of Denver with a specialty focus in pediatric health psychology. Early in my career, I discovered my passion for working with children and their families. I am rewarded and inspired through bearing witness to positive change in my patients. I am playful, compassionate, and dedicated to being excellent at what I do. I truly love my job at Kaiser and feel humbled and privileged to work with these children.

About my practice

The Developmental Pediatric and Autism Services Team is an interdisciplinary team of professionals that provide consultation and evaluations for childhood developmental disorders and autism spectrum disorder for children 0-19 years. This service provides care coordination services for behavioral and developmental therapists including Applied Behavioral Analysis, Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy as well as referrals for psychiatric and mental health care for those diagnosed with Autism. If you have concerns regarding your child’s developmental progress, please contact your pediatrician who can complete the appropriate screening and refer to our team if necessary.

How I thrive

I live by the “work hard, play hard” motto. My husband and I enjoy traveling, trying new “foodie” restaurants, and playing board games. I create balance in my life by dancing, swimming, and hiking in the beautiful Colorado mountains. I thrive when I am surrounded by my loving friends and family.
