About Me

Welcome, and thank you for letting me participate in your health care. I'm fortunate to have the opportunity to join a community of highly trained physicians and staff to promote your wellness.

Biography

I was born and raised in Taiwan and came to the United States at a young age. I have stayed in Southern California for most of my life. I decided to pursue a career in medicine after involvement in numerous community and overseas medical missions to the underserved when I was a student. I have stayed local for most of my life as I completed both undergraduate and medical school in Southern California. I was trained in family medicine residency at Northridge Hospital, a UCLA-affiliated program. Subsequently I also completed a year of specialty training in HIV primary care at USC. Prior to joining Kaiser Permanente, I worked in a community clinic in Los Angeles.

About my practice

I am excited to partner with you and get to know you. On this journey of health, I believe prevention and healthy lifestyles are the keys to treatment. I look forward to having more conversations on this topic with you.

How I thrive

I enjoy traveling, food, sports, music, and spending time with my family — all the essentials that define us as who we are.
