About Me

I am originally from Aberdeen, South Dakota. Academics, soccer, and a passion to help the underserved brought me to Sioux Falls, South Dakota where I completed my undergraduate education followed by a yearlong volunteer program. I received my medical degree from Touro University in California, and I completed residency training at Poudre Valley Hospital and Clinics in Fort Collins.

About my practice

My philosophy in medicine is to focus on wellness. I approach patient care by considering the whole person when thinking about diagnostic and treatment options. I take the responsibility of being your family physician to heart, and I truly enjoy caring for all ages. I incorporate osteopathic principles into patient care. I strive to always be curious for solutions and learning from my patients as healthcare is an ever changing and evolving practice. I will treat you with the same recommendations I would give to my own family and do recommend preventative treatments to maintain health including vaccinations.

Being true family practice, I see patients from birth to end of life. I see my job as providing my expertise to help you navigate the healthcare system and enable you to make choices to meet your wellness goals and enable you to live a life worthy of your time.

How I thrive

For the past 6 years I've been finding joy living in Fort Collins, working in Greeley and finding the balance between raising our 4 young children and promoting wellness in my patients and our community.
