About Me
Welcome to my Web page. I hope it will give you helpful information about me and my practice. I feel very fortunate to work at Kaiser Permanente because of my wonderful colleagues and patients, and I look forward to working with you to care for your health.
Biography
I am a native Southern Californian who grew up as a Kaiser Permanente member and had family members who worked for Kaiser Permanente. I went to college and medical school in California and knew I wanted to practice medicine here. In addition to working at Kaiser Permanente, I also volunteer at the UCLA Mobile Homeless Clinic and lead volunteer medical mission trips to Jamaica through Integrative Clinics International.
About my practice
I feel that healthy living and preventive care are the best ways to stay healthy, but I am also here to help you when you are sick. I want to be your partner in health, and it helps me better care for you when you are taking good care of yourself. One of my interests is travel medicine, and I would also like to keep you healthy when you travel outside the country.
How I thrive
Keeping balance in my life is very important to me. I train in capoeira (a Brazilian martial art) several times a week to keep my mind and body healthy. I also enjoy listening to music to relax and traveling as a way to broaden my experiences and perspective on life.
