About Me
Welcome, I am glad you are taking the time to research who you want to be your personal physician. I believe that a consistent relationship with your doctor is essential for good health. My biggest goal is to keep our members healthy and fit by trying to prevent major illnesses, minimize complications of already existing medical conditions, and encourage daily exercise with good nutrition habits.
Biography
I was raised in Texas where I received my bachelor’s degree from Baylor University. I earned my master’s and medical degrees in South Florida. I completed my training in internal medicine at Brooke Army Medical Center in San Antonio, Texas. I enjoy practicing internal medicine, which is an area of medicine that deals mainly with caring for older adults with multiple medical conditions and chronic illnesses.
About my practice
In addition to taking care of acute problems, my priority is to take all preventive measures in order to keep you healthy. As your primary physician, I will be available to you, whether during an appointment, by telephone, or by e-mail. I feel it is vital that you remain proactive about your health. I emphasize the value of fitness and nutrition programs customized for each individual. Anything I would recommend for you, I would also recommend for my family. I also rely on referrals and consultations with qualified specialists in these areas to make sure you get the appropriate care. I do not practice much “alternative medicine.”
How I thrive
I feel that living and practicing what one preaches is key in life. I thoroughly enjoy my work as a physician. I am very proud of working hard, but at the same time, I maintain a firm balance between work and family life. Keeping healthy mentally and physically allows us all to function at our maximum capabilities. For this reason, I engage in daily physical fitness training and adhere to a strict, consistent, and balanced nutrition regimen, which is a lifestyle I would like to spread to everyone.
