About Me

I was raised in Alaska and attended college in the Midwest. I joined Kaiser Permanente in 2007. I am a graduate of Des Moines University where I received my Doctor of Osteopathic medicine degree. I completed my internship and resident training at Rose Medical Center in Denver via the University of Colorado Family Practice Residency Program.

About my practice

My clinical interests include preventive medicine, sports medicine, and pediatrics. I believe in delivering personal and empathetic care that is evidence-based. I place an emphasis on patient education and value partnerships with my patients that are supported by mutual trust. To improve the care experience, I encourage my patients to be open about their health goals, expectations and concerns. I aim to foster an environment where questions and concerns can be raised before they become more serious health issues.

How I thrive

Outside of work, I enjoy family time, reading, traveling and recreational athletics.
