About Me

Welcome to my Web page. I’m happy to have this chance to introduce myself to you and tell you about my practice in the Emergency Department. I feel very fortunate to work at Kaiser Permanente because of my wonderful colleagues and members, and I look forward to working with you to care for your health.

Biography

I’m a native of Southern California, schooled in Northern California and New York. I've met people from all walks of life during my travels. Because of this, I love experiencing different cultures and ethnicities. This variety is what I enjoy most about working in the Emergency Department. I love sports, good food, and spending time with my family and friends.

About my practice

I think our Emergency Department is a great place to work, and an even better place for member care. Our nurses, doctors, and ancillary staff work very well as a team. We try our best to see members in a timely manner with a focus on seeing the more critical members first, of course.

How I thrive

I try to take care of my mind, body, and spirit. I think that it’s very important to relieve stress by having fun with my family. Eating as healthy as I can and exercising regularly are very important goals of mine. I enjoy running, weight lifting, and all sports. I also try to pray and meditate regularly to stay grounded spiritually.
