About Me

I grew up in New Jersey and went to medical school in Maine, returning to New Jersey for residency. I practiced in Anchorage, Alaska, for 4 years, where I met my husband and we started a family. We moved to Colorado in 2015 and now we have 2 boys and a girl. I’m still a Giants fan at heart, but go Broncos!

About my practice

I love being a family practice physician because there is so much more to know about a person than just their diagnosis. I embrace the opportunity to learn about each person’s family, culture and beliefs by getting to know them as a whole. I value the relationship my patients and I have and get to expand on over the years. I truly believe the body has the capacity to heal itself and that “less is more” in terms of intervention. I listen to understand my patients’ questions and concerns, and I respect them as partners in maintaining their health. I offer my patients convenience and can answer some questions by email, phone or video visit. I trust my Kaiser Permanente colleagues to take excellent care of my patients if I’m not available.

How I thrive

I value time spent with my kids, traveling, being around friends and reading. Working on self-care helps me thrive in mind, body and spirit and become a better wife, mother, and physician.
