About Me

Hello, and welcome to my Web page. I am a board certified internal medicine physician, and I practice primarily outpatient medicine.

I was born and raised in Honolulu, HI. I first moved to California for my undergraduate training at Stanford University where I studied human biology. I returned to Hawaii where I attended medical school at John A. Burns School of Medicine, and then returned to California to complete my residency training in internal medicine at California Pacific Medical Center in San Francisco.

About my practice

I have always had an interest in working with people to help them achieve their goals. While I once did this as a swimming and triathlon coach, I now work with my patients on achieving their personal health goals as a primary care physician.

How I thrive

I enjoy running, swimming, and spending time with family.
