About Me

Hello, and welcome to my Web page. I feel very fortunate to have the opportunity to serve our members at Kaiser Permanente in San Diego. I joined Kaiser Permanente as an outpatient primary care physician in 2006 at the Clairemont Mesa Medical Offices and transitioned to my current role as an internal medicine hospitalist in 2012.

Biography

I was born and raised in Los Angeles where much of my family still lives. My first introduction to San Diego was in college at UC San Diego. My medical training took me to Nashville, TN and then back to Los Angeles, but the call back to San Diego was strong, cementing my decision to return to this great city.

About my practice

I currently practice within the internal medicine hospitalist division, meaning I care for members who have been admitted to the hospital. It is our collective hope that we can serve our members with high quality care while utilizing compassion and dignity.

How I thrive

I enjoy music and was trained in classical piano until just before college, but enjoy several different genres. I also enjoy golf, tennis, basketball, skiing, and watching movies. My wife and I have a beautiful little daughter.
