I’m glad to have the opportunity to present my credentials to you and share other information about myself. A visit to the emergency room can be stressful, so it’s very important that you feel comfortable with the physicians there. I hope this page will help you start to get to know me.
I grew up in Texas and attended Stanford University for my undergraduate education. I returned to Texas for medical school at the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio and graduated in 2001. I completed my first two years of emergency medicine residency in Indianapolis before transferring to the Harbor-UCLA Medical Center program for my final year of training and graduation from residency in 2004. I have been working Kaiser Permanente’s South Bay Medical Center since 2005.
If you need to come to the emergency room, it’s my goal to provide you with high-quality medical care.
In my free time, I enjoy exercise, good food, good music, and good company.
