About Me

Hello, and welcome to my Web site! I am an anesthesiologist who started practicing at Kaiser Permanente in 2016. I am proud to be a part of the Kaiser Permanente family, and honored to be working alongside some of the most compassionate and clinically sound physicians and nurses around.

Biography

I was born in Chicago but moved to Los Angeles at an early age and was raised there most of my life. My mother is an operating room nurse and my dad a veterinarian so health sciences were ingrained in me at an early age. I attended college at UC San Diego and initially pursued a career in information technology before ultimately deciding to go into medicine. Choosing to practice medicine and specifically anesthesia has been an amazing journey and I have zero regrets about all the years and hard work that was put in to be here today.

About my practice

I practice anesthesia at two busy medical centers, three outpatient surgery centers, and a preoperative clinic. I love interacting with patients and being part of the entire perioperative experience. I am especially interested in regional anesthesia, preoperative management, and continuing education for my fellow colleagues. I work with some of the greatest physicians in the country and take pride in taking great care of our patients. I am also honored to serve our amazing Kaiser Permanente members.

How I thrive

Away from work I enjoy hiking, playing golf, relaxing at the beach, and watching sports. Staying active is a priority but I do definitely enjoy some time watching some good TV/Netflix. I also love traveling and exploring new places with my amazing wife.
