About Me

Welcome to my Web page. I'm happy to have this chance to introduce myself to you and tell you about my practice. I feel very fortunate to work at Kaiser Permanente because of my wonderful colleagues and our members, and I look forward to working with you to care for your health.

Biography

I was born in the Philippines and moved to the United States when I started junior high school. I completed my medical education in the Philippines then went on to train in New York, where I completed my residency in pediatrics. Becoming a physician has been a dream come true and seeing the world in the eyes of a child has given me a whole new perspective in life. I've learned as much from children as I have during my college and medical education. I have a wonderful and supportive wife and two thriving children.

About my practice

We share our practice with eight other pediatricians here in Kaiser Permanente Corona Medical Offices. We are a satellite clinic of the Kaiser Permanente Riverside Medical Center. As with all the other departments, our goal is our members' health, our purpose is quality, and our aim is to achieve satisfaction for both provider and member.

How I thrive

I agree with the phrase, "Prevention always comes before cure." I also believe a sound body yields a sound mind. So I thrive by taking walks with our German Shepherd Ruby or Rocky our Dachshund. I ride my bike and play tennis with my kids. I also read the sports page and an occasional best seller. Most importantly for our spiritual needs, we attend church on Sunday. My hobbies include video games, tennis, guitar, ping pong, and movies—not necessarily in that order.
