About Me

Welcome to my Web page. I'm happy to have this chance to share a few details about myself and my practice. I truly enjoy working at Kaiser Permanente because of my wonderful colleagues and patients. I look forward to working with you to care for your health.

Biography

I arrived in the United States in 1975 as a refugee from South Vietnam. A personal childhood medical urgency encounter inspired me to become a physician. I find medicine to be a very special opportunity to connect and help people in a meaningful way, not just by utilizing medical skills and knowledge, but also by listening and responding to what you need.

About my practice

Being a doctor allows me the opportunity to listen to your thoughts, concerns and hopes, and to help you understand what we need to do as partners to help maintain or better your health. My staff and I want to work together with you to address your specific health needs and concerns, and it helps us better care for you when you are actively involved in taking care of your health. I take pride in being an advocate for your health and well being.

How I thrive

I try to live the Kaiser Permanente philosophy of health in body, mind, and spirit every day by living a balanced lifestyle with healthy habits. I enjoy tennis, skiing, sailing, hiking, traveling, cooking, photography, and digital arts. I also make it a priority to set aside time to just relax.
