About Me
Hi, my name is Audrey. Welcome to my Web page. I’m happy to have this chance to introduce myself to you and tell you about my work as a physician at Kaiser Permanente. A career in medicine is a very special opportunity to connect with and help people in a meaningful way by using medical skills and knowledge but also listening and responding to what members need.
Biography
I attended medical school in Chicago and then returned to the sunny weather and made Southern California my home for good. I did my pediatric residency training at UC Irvine and my pediatric endocrinology fellowship at UC San Diego. After completing my training, I joined Kaiser Permanente at the Downey Medical Center, where I worked for 10 years before moving to the Orange County Medical Center to be closer to my family. I am married and have 2 young daughters.
About my practice
I’m a pediatric endocrinology physician at the Kaiser Permanente Orange County Medical Center. I feel fortunate to be able to work at Kaiser Permanente as a clinician. Being a doctor allows me to help members understand what concerns them, translate what they may not understand, get them appropriate evaluations, and communicate with them and their families. I feel honored that members have entrusted me with their care, and I strive to treat them as I would my own family..
How I thrive
I firmly believe in Kaiser Permanente’s philosophy of health in mind, body, and spirit and try to live it in my life every day. Keeping balance in my life is very important to me. I enjoy swimming, dancing, visiting theme parks, and watching movies. I also make it a priority to set aside time to just relax or read a good novel. My family loves to be active at trampoline parks, and my daughters are learning how to roller skate, which is keeping all of us healthy.
