About Me

I was born and raised in Southern California and moved to Colorado in 2009. I am board certified in family medicine and have worked for Kaiser Permanente since 1999. Most of my free time is spent with my husband and two daughters. I love going for walks and being outdoors. I also enjoy playing volleyball and watching any sporting events.

About my practice

I enjoy my work as a family physician and enjoy being able to provide a positive influence on the health and well-being of my patients. I take care of patients of all ages and all different levels of health. I encourage the use of appropriate screening tests for early detection of illness and strive to improve the overall health of my patients. I perform minor skin procedures and biopsies. I also speak Spanish – fluently for the most part.

How I thrive

I believe that staying active, eating healthy, and being involved in helping others are some of the most important factors in overall good health and well-being. It is also important to do this in a way that you enjoy. For me, that is playing volleyball, running and volunteering at my church.
