About Me

I came to Denver in 2010 after finishing my time in the Navy. I was drawn to the healthy lifestyle and many outdoor activities of Colorado. I am grateful to work with so many patients who are interested in maximizing their health and quality of life. I chose urology because it affords the opportunity to cure many of the conditions that we see. From urinary retention to bladder cancer, I am privileged to work in a field of medicine that can have a profound impact on someone’s quality of life (and in some cases, their longevity).

About my practice

I practice general urology, which includes but is not limited to treating urinary symptoms, urinary tract stones, urinary tract cancers and erectile dysfunction, as well as performing vasectomies. I believe that we all bear responsibility for our health and I will work hard to do my part to improve yours. I try to understand my patients’ concerns, so I can prioritize the best way to assist them in regaining their health. Many of our patients have challenging conditions and a large part of my job is serving as a guide to help them choose between difficult decisions. I cannot always cure a patient, but I can help them navigate the complexities of health care and together arrive at a plan that provides the best balance of benefits to risks. I see patients age 18 and older.

How I thrive

I am at my best when I am exercising regularly and enjoying the outdoor activities that Colorado has to offer. I especially enjoy these activities with my wife and our giant dog.
