About Me

Hello, and welcome to my Web page! My name is Kelsie Persaud, and I am a family medicine physician at the Kaiser Permanente West Covina Medical Office. I am a compassionate and dedicated physician who is ready to provide you with high-quality primary care, as well as to establish a doctor-member relationship.

Biography

I was born and raised in Little Rock, Arkansas, and am a true Southerner at heart! I went to Rhodes College in Memphis, Tennessee, where I majored in biology. I then attended Drexel University College of Medicine in Philadelphia to pursue my medical degree. Finally, I completed my residency training at Eastern Virginia Medical School in Norfolk and decided to move to the West Coast to be closer to my family. I am married to my college sweetheart, who is an ENT and head and neck surgeon with Kaiser Permanente’s Baldwin Park Medical Center.

About my practice

Preventive care is truly my passion, and I want to work with you to help you not only stay healthy but feel great as well. I am trained to see a variety of members from children to adults, with special interests in both women’s health and geriatrics. I love building relationships with members and will work with you to help you make good decisions for your health. We are a team!

How I thrive

I try to maintain a good work-life balance by spending time with my husband and dog at home, visiting family on weekends, and enjoying hobbies such as traveling, hiking, trying a new gym class, going to the movies, and of course being a foodie.
