Welcome to my Web page! As a proud physician who was one of the original physicians to staff the Kaiser Permanente Orange County pediatric department during the early years, I welcome new members and extend my greetings to our valuable members and those of you who might not yet be members. I am a practicing behavioral pediatrician specializing in attention deficit disorder (ADD) and the various difficulties associated with this disorder.
I specialize in helping children and their families manage the difficulties related to ADD and various associated behavioral difficulties. I was born in Korea, immigrated to the United States in 1968, and was blessed to become a U.S. citizen. I graduated from University of San Francisco with a bachelor of science in biology. I attended and graduated from UC Irvine School of Medicine and did my internship and residency at the Children’s Hospital Los Angeles.
I have four children who are now adults. I am proud to say that all are successful professionals in their respective fields. My wife is also a doctor, with a PhD in education. She is a registered nurse and is on the teaching staff for the California State Colleges.
I am an avid runner, bicycle rider, and tennis player. I also enjoy photography. I love my Labrador dogs. I especially love spending time with my lovely wife.
