About Me

I grew up in Michigan and Canada. Our family moved to Texas when I was in high school and I completed medical school there. I originally chose anesthesia, but missed having a traditional physician-patient relationship. I changed my residency to internal medicine. My husband and I moved here to do my residency and have been here since. I have 2 children and work part time so that I may spend my days off with them.

About my practice

I enjoy the geriatric population and treating disease such as diabetes and hypertension. I believe that the way you live your life greatly impacts your health.

How I thrive

My faith and family keep me grounded. I am very active and enjoy running, hiking, and just being outside.
