About Me
Hello and thank you for visiting my Web page. I’m happy to have this chance to introduce myself and share with you my practice philosophy. I feel very fortunate to be working at Kaiser Permanente, where I can collaborate with you and my colleagues to help you reach your health goals!
Biography
I was born and raised in Lima, Peru and then moved to the United States at the age of five. Since that time, I’ve moved all over the country, finally settling in sunny Southern California! I decided to study medicine because of the unique opportunity to learn from, and help, people from all walks of life. This has been a true blessing and has been my reason for volunteering here and abroad, where I can use my bilingualism to positively impact others.
About my practice
Life is not a race. You have to take the time to enjoy it! My goal is to help you make the most of your time and your health! I am a big believer of self-empowerment and encourage all of the members I see to take an active role in their health care. I am confident that my colleagues and I will be important members of your support team.
How I thrive
In my free time, I enjoy exploring new places in and around Southern California with my family. Staying healthy is also a priority for me, so I make time to exercise regularly and eat right (most days). On days I need extra unwinding, playing my guitar always helps.
