About Me

Hi there! Welcome to my Web page. I'm happy to have this chance to introduce myself to you and tell you about my practice. I’m looking forward to meeting you.

Biography

I did not always know that I wanted to be a physician, but all of my life choices were based on following my passions, which eventually led me to this path. I found myself drawn not only to the chance of improving lives but also getting to know my patients. A career as a physician was the perfect balance. Medicine as a career is a very precious opportunity to connect with and help people. I strive to be the kind of doctor who not only utilizes medical skills and knowledge, but also listens and responds to my patient’s needs.

About my practice

I am very proud to be a Kaiser Permanente physician, and I love being a member of the Kaiser Permanente South Bay Medical Center family. I hope you will feel like part of the family through all your Kaiser Permanente experiences. As a physician, my patients give me the privilege of being the one with whom they want to share their fears and hopes. It is an honor to help patients understand lab results, translate technical medical terms, facilitate getting them the appropriate evaluations, support them as they maintain good health, and most importantly, listen and talk with them and their families as team effort in caring for their health. My patients have entrusted me with their care, and I strive to treat them as I would my own family.

How I thrive

Some mornings you will find me out in the ocean hanging out with the dolphins while I surf. I find that surfing helps clear my head. Every once in a while, I’ll give up the waves in exchange for some snowboarding in the wintertime. Good food, movies, and cheering at UCLA sporting events also help me stay healthy and upbeat. When we meet, I hope I can help YOU thrive!
