About Me

Welcome to my Web page. Thank you for taking some time to learn more about my practice. I look forward to working with you to care for your health.

Biography

I was born and raised in Los Angeles. I received a B.A. in anthropology at UC Berkeley, and then I returned home to UCLA for medical school. I completed my internship and residency at Kaiser Permanente Sunset in family medicine and then did two years as one of Kaiser Permanente’s community fellows. I currently help train our residents and continue to volunteer at local free and low cost clinics.

About my practice

I try to maintain a collaborative practice and I always try to make sure I understand the "context" of my members. Your home life, job, and family play an important role in your life and your health, so I like to know as much as possible to best tailor care to your unique situation. I spend a lot of time working on projects addressing health and economic disparities and try to do my part in making sure everyone has access to excellent, safe and affordable care.

How I thrive

I try to maintain balance in my work and home life. I love my job, and I also love coming home after a long day. You can often find me running around the Silver Lake reservoir or eating at one of the amazing local restaurants we have in the area.
